The Journey Continues for the Tara Foundation!

So much to say and so little time.  It’s about 1:15am in Iowa as I start this post.  We’ve stopped for the night.  I am guessing that we are checking out by 6am to hit the road again.  Don’t know if I will get any sleep tonight as there’s a lot to do before I can hit the sack.

The trip has not gone as planned for David.  Pretty much nothing has gone right.  Everything is taking longer than it should.  Each RV has between 9 and 6 dogs.  I am in the RV with David, and my son.  Oh and between 9 and 10 dogs.  Getting to know the dogs that are with us.  The each have their own way about them.  The first day about them a sweet dog named Jenny started to have a seizure.  I didn’t recognize it first.  Thought she was just stretching at first but then I noticed the shaking.  Nothing I could do but keep an eye on her.  But, it was just going on and on.  I got down on the floor with her till she calmed down.  At one point I thought she was settling down a bit and she managed to set her head in my lap.  Her eyes were so watery.  She was crying I guess.  It just broke my heart.  Thankfully it went away and she has been fine ever since.

Well, let’s get to the photos!

I know most of the photos are blurry, the RV ride is horrible. It shakes and jerks more than a… Wait, I can’t say what I was gonna say, this is a family blog. Just take my word, the ride is really bad.

Last but not least. I have many more photos but I don’t have way to re-size them and each photo is about 2MB’s and it’s taking forever to upload them with the hotels internet.
